• CI/CD maintenance and improvement. Investigate and resolve bamboo pipeline issues using SumoLogic, AWS Cloudwatch and Bamboo log.
• Working on AWS Trusted Advisor items for cost saving and security purpose. Helped each team to investigate and remove wastage items. Saved more than $100,000 USD per year.
• Participated in quarterly disaster recovery testing. Deployed all microservices to DR environment and added missed parameters' setting in CloudFormation.
• Maintained existing applications and delivered new application. Helped on setting and on-boarding Stax which is AWS management platform. Held demo sessions to the whole tech team.

SQL Run Automation

• Implement Lambda functions using Python. Retrieve RDS username and password from Secret Manager, then connect to RDS to run Sql queries.
• Deploy all required services to AWS using CloudFormation, including S3 buckets, EventBridge, Lambda Function, IAM, Secret Manager, and DynamoDB.
• Design bamboo build and deployment plans. Error checking with bash scripts.

Aged EBS Volume Finder

• Created lambda function to find unwanted EBS types. In addition to generating EBS list, people can choose whether to automatically create snapshots and then update types.

• Developed and tested new product offerings prior to release to assist development team in bug identification.
• Use SQL Server Management Studio to help customers fix data issue
• Assist implementation consultant in data processing. Use Python Numpy to organize data into import format required by software. 70% of time is estimated to be saved.
• Monitor support inbox and Dynamic 365 CRM. Solved about 160 technical issues in 3 applications for customers per month.
