Summary

Adept at plaster mixing and demonstrating a continuous learning attitude, I have significantly enhanced project outcomes and efficiency across roles, notably at Roger Rendering. My blend of creativity, teamwork, and expertise in health and safety compliance has been pivotal in delivering high-quality finishes, achieving a consistent record of exceeding quality control standards.

Over the years, and while working with many other renderers, I have acquired great knowledge and understanding of the plastering industry.

Having been running my own business for the past 10 years, I have also acquired great knowledge in managing staff and liaising with clients, builders, stakeholders, and site managers.

  • Adding reinforcement mesh:Installing a wire or fibreglass mesh on walls with uneven surfaces or where additional strength is needed.
  • Applying finishing coat:Applying a smooth, even layer of acrylic render to achieve the desired finish, which can be textured or smooth depending on the project.
