- I lead both the Media Assets and Media Delivery teams, ensuring that both teams are delivering on our client SBS' needs and managing and motivated employees to be productive and engaged in work.
- Maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members. Had regular meetings with the whole team to ensure any issues are dealt with in a timely manner or any efficiencies can be discussed and implemented.
- Create monthly reports to present to the client on delivery figures.

- The main focus of my role is to take receipt of programs sent to the Media Assets department from our client SBS. I ensured that the files are ingested to Mediacloud and SBS' servers, organized to transcode files that do not meet SBS specs, book programs in for QC as required and distribute the programs to Media Assets staff to perform component and spot checks.
- I liaise with our client, SBS, on a daily basis. I receive regular delivery emails, what work is required (QC, ingesting, etc) and what the deadlines are. If any issues any arise, like the files we receive are corrupt or incomplete or if the program fails QC, I get in contact with them and organize replacement material if required or assessment of the material by SBS.
- I perform component and spot checks of the programs to ensure that the material we receive is correct duration, has the expected components (subtitles, aspects, etc) and has no issues. Any problems we encounter with the programs are referred back to SBS for assessment and they let us know if replacement material is required or they will proceed with what we have. We enter all the programs into SBS' system (IBMS) and it's imperative that this data entry is correct, as this is the information SBS uses when they perform their work on the material.
- I have filled in as the Media Assets Supervisor for short periods over my years at Mediacloud and SBS. My duties included double checking data entries in IBMS, delegating work, and ensuring programs are ready to air.

- I had a variety tasks to perform as part of the Media Assets team, collecting and distributing tapes, handling internal requests, quality checking original masters and data entry in IBMS.
- I have worked as an Audience Wrangler for a few different SBS programs: Insight, Go Back To Where You Came From and The Full Brazilian. My duties included organizing food and drinks for guests, escorting guests to and from the studio, organizing taxis for guests who require them and assisting the Production Manager and Production Coordinator as required.
