Disable Support Worker
- Assisting clients with their personal care needs – this may include toileting, bathing, oral hygiene and other personal hygiene needs.
- Assisting clients with feeding.
- Cooking and serving meals
- Changing clothes/dressing up
- Monitoring any changes in the client’s needs and reporting them.
- Ensuring the client is clean and comfortable.
- Assisting with walking and transferring.
- Providing personal assistance according to the needs and wishes of the client.
- Encourage the client to perform tasks as per the Care Plan.
- Administer medication
- Cleaning house and doing laundry
- Taking client to attend social functions
- Driving own car and going out with clients for shopping, swimming, sports, gym etc
