  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with all parties involved in WHO CC projects from DFAT, MFAT, ICN, WHO, Ministries from pacific countries etc. 
  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and project inception, interim and final reports including M&E, recommendation and scoping report.
  • Coordinate global affairs and networking; facilitate Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centre for Nursing and Midwifery (GNWHOCCNM). 
  • Critically review WHO CC project documentation including contractual documentation, manage project budget, allocation, tracking, expense and prepare financial report.
  • Working closely with the UTS research team, legal team, faculty and VC's office, procurement, finance and HR to ensure UTS policy and guidelines are followed in accordance with the project contract agreement.
  • Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes. 
  • Organizing regional workshops, training and other events following UTS policy and guidelines. 
  • Adsing senior management on high-level matters such as work protocols within WHO, requiring their attention, and implementing their decisions on research projects. 

Key Achievements

  • Manage PNG’s first ever workshop with representatives from 16 Nursing and 19 CHW schools. Successfully manage 5 workshops in 2022-2023. 
  • Coordinate and organise launch of the newly elected Secretariat for GNWHOCCNM 2022 with global partners joining in person and online including government representatives from Australia, Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu (in person). 
  • Successfully organised State of the World’s Nursing (SoWN) report data collection workshop with 16 Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer (CNMO) from the Pacific in September 2019.
