I have been a sales representative for 3 years and have worked for various stores including JB HiFi for over a year. I started in 2024 as a Christmas Casual and in my time I have learned so many new skills working with the JB team in Adelaide City. I find myself to be a very approachable person who is always willing to assist whether it be with customers, other team members or management. I have learnt a lot of new techniques when it comes to selling products which leaves customers feeling happy with the experience in the store and satisfied they’re leaving with a full solution.
I have also learnt many other skills including processing Telco Contracts, dealing with faulty products, basics of using the tills and operational work.
I am really hoping to obtain a permanent job in the JB company with a goal to stay with a company I love long-term!
