My roles and responsibilities as the Senior Operations manager include;
Lead all strategic operations within the office
Researching and implementing new processes into the business to better work flow and team members day to day.
Liaising with offshore & local vendors daily to ensure all of orders & styles have started production in line with our Production Lead Times.
Built strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent engagement, collaboration, and transparent communication practices.
Ensuring the vendors product quality is to the standards of the business, this includes consistent online meetings with our vendors in China where we discuss the positive & negatives of each of our garments and discuss how we can improve it.
