● Supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and effective learning environment

● Assist with teaching, classroom management, and individualized instructions to meet each child's unique needs

● Providing one-on-one support and facilitating group activities

● Working with children ranged from transition- year 6

● Working with children when dysregulated in a safe, calm and appropriate way

● Doing dutys such as school Crossing

● Working closely Yolngu students- Being respectful and learning about their culture, learning basic Yolnu Matha aswell as Yolnu sign language.

● High level of customer service skills including taking orders face to face and over the phone

● Capable waitering skills including running food and clearing tables

● Partially trained on coffee machine (in house)

● Skilled bartender whilst maintaining responsible service of alcohol standards

● Experience dealing with conflict and customer complaints

● Do stock take on FOH items

● Fully trained in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, packaging orders

● On occasion I would assist with manager duties:

○ Counting cash and balancing tills at the end of the night

○ Completed opening and closing procedures independently

○ Work closely managing and providing guidance to a team of people ranging in age from 15-40

○ Conduct staff training to new staff

● Responsible for setting up camera equipment independently

● Filming events such as Melbourne Fashion Week, corporate conferences, cooking shows, press release for television shows, Australian Open celebrity tennis matches for Myre

● Working closely with sound engineers, other camera men, interviewers, talent, event managers etc

● Undertaking work tasks in high pressure situations, where there is no margin for error

● Building large scale light, sound and led rigs for events such as Melbourne Fashion Week, Australian Open Tennis event, Richmond Football Club Live site, TAC live advertisement, David Jones fashion parades.

● Working in close quarters with employees from multiple other companies at the same time to ensure the event runs smoothly

● Trained in lifting heavy equipment and machinery including elevated work platforms

● Capable of packing/unpacking truck loads of equipment

● Building/taking down large scale sets under within time restraints

● Experience working in public spaces whilst maintaining a safe work zone, for example Federation Square and Bourke Street Mall.
