• Lead, and contributed to the development of, the College’s risk and compliance framework across all operational areas. Provide strategic advice to the Principal and Executive Team on legal obligations, regulatory changes, and governance risks. Chair the Emergency Management Planning Team, contribute to and advise the Strategic Risk Committee, advisor to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, and member of the Policy Committee, and Child Safety Team. Develop and deliver compliance training to over 200 staff, volunteers, and contractors. Coordinate evaluation and monitoring exercises, external audits, and regulatory reviews. Investigate incidents and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuous improvement and legal defensibility.

• Held a series of contract roles in government and healthcare sectors, including:
• Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority – Administration Coordinator: Supported school registration and review processes. Maintained regulatory records and coordinated stakeholder communications.
• Australian Electoral Commission – Divisional Materials Manager: Oversaw secure handling and distribution of ballot materials. Managed a small team and ensured compliance with legislative directives.
• Saint Vincent’s Hospital – Customer Support Officer: Provided frontline support at COVID vaccination centres, including identity verification and medical supply coordination.
• Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission – Customer Service Officer: Resolved backlog of identity card applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• These roles complemented my doctoral research period and deepened my understanding of public sector service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational resilience.

• Managed financial literacy outreach projects for Indigenous communities. Led risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and contract management. Coordinated events, drafted MoUs, and liaised with financial industry partners. Resigned to undertake doctoral fieldwork.

• Delivered tutorials and marked assignments across Anthropology units. Liaised with academic staff on student progress and unit delivery. Supported students across first, second, and third-year cohorts.

• Directed a multidisciplinary research team. Managed native title claims, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Oversaw project scoping, risk assessment, and evaluation. Served on the executive management team and led operational planning.

• Led policy and procedure review for the Assessment Department. Coordinated stakeholder input and drafted revised documentation.

• Oversaw medical education program delivery, registrar appeals, and budget management. Provided strategic advice to executive management. Managed a $13M+ budget and coordinated national training events.

• Managed admissions and support services for international and research students. Coordinated appeals, committee governance, and high-risk candidature reviews. Organised training and social events for international student cohorts. Managed compliance and risk mitigation for all international students, and all critical incidents.

• Led capacity-building education projects for international sponsored students. Managed domestic, and international, government contracts, risk, and stakeholder relationships. Coordinated selection committees and monitored student progress through evaluation exercises.

Conducted extensive fieldwork and authored research on Native Title practice in Victoria. Developed advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, and qualitative research. Project paused in 2022 due to significant family responsibilities.
