My role in this workplace is key to the smooth function of the kitchen. I have a number of responsibilities which contribute to the kitchen and business in various ways. I am in charge of preparing food and ingredients, maintaining a cleanliness throughout the workplace, washing dishes, delivery driving around the local area, attending to customers inside the restaurant when necessary and completing the procedure of a weekly stocktake. These tasks have given me a strong work ethic and a deeper understanding of what goes into a well functioning workplace.
