Tayla Rickards

I am a diligent and hardworking professional dedicated to giving optimal animal care and support, and my goal is to build a career in the animal industry. I have completed my Certificate II and Certificate III in Animal Care at TAFE and have completed varied work placements at Sippy Creek Animal refuge and Wildlife HQ as well as volunteering for the RSPCA at the Eumundi Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre. I already have a good knowledge base in the areas of grooming, animal health, exercise and enrichment and basic care and I'm looking to build on this experience working within the animal industry. I am eager to learn as many new skills as possible and I am motivated to work hard, grow, learn, and focus on the task in front of me. I am also good at making connections and working with other people. I am polite, quiet, kind-hearted, and caring with everyone I encounter both in my personal and work life.
