  • Joined Tasmania's lead social housing provider with a portfolio of 200 social housing properties across most primarily Bridgewater and Austins Ferry, with a combination of Centacare owned and managed properties as well as Homes Tas owned properties
  • After several months managing this portfolio, I was asked to assist a senior team member with the management of the Private Rental Incentive Scheme, increasing my portfolio to over 200 properties, taking on the entirety of the tenancy side of the PRI scheme, and retaining management of some Social Housing properties
  • Liaising with social housing applicants & tenants, their support teams and other stakeholders including support organisations to help clients obtain long term housing
  • Collaborating with other professionals, clients and contractors to inspect and maintain properties
  • Supporting tenants, helping them to be able to live independently & to be more self sufficient by linking them up with local support services and sharing ways to cut living costs
