Online community holder

A friend and I currently run a server of 115 different individuals from around the world. Brought together by a common interest in a topic and by the lack of a pre-established space. My friend and I took on this responsibility and for the past 6 months, have been dedicated to establishing the best space we can for our ever growing community. This takes a lot of patience, time management, community consultation, conflict resolution and future project re-evaluation in order to shape and mould our online presence into a safe, respectful and welcoming community for all. The server was found to be a necessity due to the closure of the previous space and new lack of connectivity and safety for the old members.
