As an Insurance Specialist, my role is to provide excellent customer service through assisting customers with their queries about our products, servicing their policies and handling any customer concerns in a timely manner. Furthermore, my responsibilities also include effectively handling a high call volume, risk management and collaborating with our team to promote a good workplace environment.

• As a Customer Assistant, my responsibilities were to have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the various products offered ensuring that customers were assisted with appropriate product selection
• My other roles were to assist with customer inquiries, maintain store cleanliness, stock take, collaborate with team members and management and continuous development through further learning opportunities.

• As a Customer Service Representative, my duties were to address issues and customer concerns, dispatching delivery drivers, general cleaning, food preparation, processing orders at the front counter and via phone
• My other roles were to train new co-workers, work under high pressure situations, cash handling and Eftpos transactions.

• As a party hostess, my role was to prepare the venue, supervise minors, liaise with the parents and children to ensure that they had a positive and enjoyable experience.
