Taylah Woolmer

I am 21 years old. I am a reliable and flexible worker who is able to learn new skills quickly. I works as an AIN in a high care dementia aged care home. I carryout excellent communication, time management, documentation skills. Always eager to learn and try new things. Love working as apart of a team and always give 100% in all tasks. I always give respects to my fellow co-workers, patients/residents and family members and abide by the privacy and confidentiality policy. I have my first aid certificate, NDIS check and working with children check. I am currently studying my Diploma of nursing through ramsay health at Tafe Shellhabour and already completed 2 placement at Wollongong private hospital and really loved and enjoyed them both and would like to become a part of the ramsay health care team.
