I am a hardworking, dedicated Assitant Director who is always seeking ways to push myself further and find new opportunities to further my knowledge within the Childcare profession. I work hard to develop strong and trusting relationship's with my team members, children in my care and families within the service. I have a range of experience from babysitting family and friends children, working on my own both in a family day care setting and after school setting as programming leader and in a long daycare setting. I am dedicated to supporting the emotional, social and academic development of young children. Trained in developmental stages and knowledgeable about offering safe, nurturing environments to boost learning. Desire to complement education-based strategies with techniques to promote overall health and wellness.
