My current role as installation supervisor consists of the following -

-Team supervision

Managing and leading a team of installers.

-Quality control

Insuring that all windows are installed to design specifications.

-Safety management

Ensuring safety standards are met.

-Troubleshooting

Addressing any installation challenges, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

-Assisted with movement of materials and equipment to job sites.

-Developed strong carpentry skills through hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced tradesmen in commercial, residential and maintenance settings.

-Kept job site clean up ensuring all debris were disposed of in respective containers.

-Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement by seeking feedback from supervisors and implementing suggestions for refining carpentry techniques.

Stud framing (metal and timber), doors, windows, stairs & flooring.

Finishing carpentry ie -

Cabinetry, skirting, facings, internal & external cladding and custom carpentry.
