With over 20 years of experience in the mining and minerals industry, I have focused on automated laboratories, industrial automation, and product development for the past 18 years. Throughout my career, I have held various roles including sales engineer, regional engineering manager, director, PLM/SME, global engineering manager, and Head of Global Technical Solutions (GTS). By leveraging expertise and collaborating with team members, I have successfully led and grown the business in marketing, engineering, and execution of both automated and manual laboratory solutions. Notably, I have spearheaded multiple new development projects resulting in three international patents to address clients' specific needs. Furthermore, technical papers and articles authored by me have been published in reputable publications and presented at international conferences. In addition to professional contributions, active participation in international committees such as the ISO TC102 for Iron ore standards and engagement in global forums on Theory of Sampling.
