My role commenced as a recreational gymnastics coach in 2017. After gaining more experience and shadowing other advanced coaches, an invitation as programs manager and opportunity to coach competitive squad's was extended.

• Manage a group of ten both recreational and high performance gymnasts and use effective communication to deliver both constructive and positive feedback

• Talk and build rapport with parents using strong verbal and non verbal communication

• Increased class numbers and participation by ensuring the classes are engaging and fun, and building rapport with the gymnasts

• Work within a team and manage up to 40 staff members, rostering & approving timesheets, mentored and trained new employees, communicated plans and actions to meet departmental goals

• Improved marketing to attract new customers and promote business including social media marketing

• Promote athlete wellbeing by being a positive role model
