Throughout the few months at St Stephen's Meals on Wheels, I started volunteering two days a week - Wednesdays and Fridays.

• Wednesday mornings - labelling containers for meals and desserts for the following days, and helping package the meals for that day.
• Fridays - going out into the community and delivering meals with other volunteers.
