My responsibilities at TFI are:

• Inspecting of equipment prior to start up, for change overs, or when handing of to next shift.
• Preforming personal hygiene checks & sanitation. Lab testing - Swabbing of personal equipment & meat sampling.
• Inspecting product on production lines to ensure its 100% before been packed & shipped internationally/domestic.
• Following out meat hygiene assessments before carcasses enter boning room production.
• Preforming carton meat assessment checks hourly & process monitoring daily.

I have also had previous roles in meat slicing, packing of product at a fast pace, scale operating.

• Prep food before opening
• Lifted and carried heavy materials.
• Maintained composure and work quality while under stress.
• Sanitation and reset tables to keep dining room and work areas clean.
• Greet customers, took food & drink orders.

• Grading of fruit to ensure defect product were removed
