Accomplishments

As a customer service attendant I have won the "most efficient " award by being the fastest scanner at the checkout. This is a KPI used by Woolworths for customer satisfaction and I have obtained this award multiple times.

During my time at Woolworths my training was fast tracked across multiple areas of the store. This includes Service, Produce, Tickets (placing new price tags on stock that is on coupon), Cash Office (safe), Stocking Shelves, Online Orders, Deli, Meat Department and I was trained as a Service Supervisor. This training was fast tracked due to my exceeding expectations with KPIs.

As a hairdresser I have been hired for numerous wedding functions where I was responsible for hair and makeup. These occasions can be very stressful to my clients and quite often result in a challenging day. I have had to adapt to last minute changes to fulfil my client's needs and every function has always been successful.
