· Recruitment – Responsible for the recruitment process of all sales staff within the company. Online job advertisements, screening resumes, interviews, induction's, training, discipline and performance appraisals
· Rostering – Rostering of 20+ staff to ensure coverage at all times
· Training –Training and coaching sessions with new and existing staff ensuring that they were all trained to the highest level of sales, product knowledge and customer service.
