Mauri Ora. My name is Te Hine-ngaro I have been a qualified physiotherapist in New Zealand since 2017. I have had the privilege of working in many fields including acutes, rehabilitation, community, private practice as well as high performance spaces. I grew up in a small rural town of Moerewa in Northland. I was raised alongside my older brother in Te Reo Maori (first language indigenous) and immersed in my culture. My work ethic, my values and my commitment to health all stems from my experiences and upbringing.
