being a operator insuring the trucks are unloaded in time for contractors on site to use prepping the orders for the right task at the right time putting them in a orderly manner for jobs to be completed. Loading/unloading trucks efficiently in a fast pace so other trucks from other company's can come threw with orders to be sorted. Communicating with contractors on when and where orders are coming and going for smooth flow within the week as it gets busier through out the day, even making sure my area is clean and clear for other orders.

Becoming a window/door builder preparing the equipment we need for the frames putting them in order to put frames together as well as the out frame for them to open and close doing the work efficiently to earn our clients our loyalty for jobs in the future keeping the frames clean done well on time for more orders to be given and more challenges along the way.

Build/erect/dismantle jobs for clients within the region of bay of plenty with aluminum equipment

within the company we learn more about aluminum gear with jobs or task we get given dispite being light its even easier to lug gear in or out of jobs like houses commercial jobs even in and around awkward spaces we work in at the same time Insuring each others safety and others around us with in the construction sites we work at.

Building or Dismantling scaffolds for clients around New Zealand giving them easier ways to finish residential, commercial and construction jobs. We work as a team to build/dismantle even erect scaffolds for purposes of the job to be finished safely and efficiently, lugging and chaining up gear as we build and insuring our clients are happy for future task. Every morning we load up trucks with the equipment needed for jobs through out the week and if busy after finishing a job we head back to the yard and start prepping for the next day to be ready.

Working with a team laying concrete foot paths in around selwyn ridge primary school as the school was under construction. As a concrete layer we prep the ground for our path way by digging out the dirt in a certain way then we mix our stones and cement powder with water and nicely pour it as we go around. As we go around pouring 2 of us starts smoothing the cement out making a nice smooth base for when it drys up and insuring it spreads evenly threw out the pour.
