Project Management roles:
- Developing local government projects in line with national and sectoral plans, policies, priorities and programs
- Reviewing and monitoring multi-year plans and Annual Work Plans of District and local communities
- Managing project funding and resources in compliance with the Financial Rules and Regulations
- Organizing meeting, corresponding and keeping records on projects as per the project management frameworks
- Tracking and managing project results and outcomes based on the monitoring and reporting frameworks
Contract Management services:
- Drafting contract services; negotiating with vendors and managing procurement and supply services
- Responding to inquiries and resolving issues concerning contractual services
- Reporting and escalating issues and challenges with concerned focal points and authorities
- Managing contract services’ payables and receivables; monitoring contract delivery and results
General Administrative duties:
- Arranging adequate and relevant human resources to ensure smooth administrative functioning and excellent service delivery
- Maintaining continuous process improvement, learning and knowledge management in the administrative affairs of the office
