Participate in the therapeutic team under the guidance of the treatment head expert.
· Assess the patient and develop a care plan that meets their needs.
· Deliver psychological support as needed.
· Provide family, group, and individual therapy to guarantee a complete recovery.
· Establish a network with other organizations to provide referral services that the rehab centre’s patients need.
· Keep up a network directory for patient referrals.
· Work with the required drop-in Centres to ensure patient follow-up after discharge from the rehabilitation centre.
· Maintain continuous communication with drop-in centres to ensure that clients released from the rehabilitation centre receive follow-up care.
· As soon as someone reports a relapse, collaborate with the therapy team and the Drop-in centre team members to assess the severity of the relapse, and determine the required assistance.
· Hold family education workshops and gatherings to help the healing process and promote a better understanding of drug and alcohol use.
· Maintain a database of all patients released from the rehabilitation centre for two years after discharge, updated monthly with details on their state of recovery.
· Help the treatment expert prepare all therapy reports and documents.
· Provide patients and their families with GNHV, or Universal Human Values, sessions.
· Lead GNHV workshops as the primary resource person.
· Provide the patients with psychoeducation.
Helped clients transcend addiction and rebuild lives by empowering each with knowledge and skills.
Delivered expert therapeutic support to patients dealing with substance abuse, addiction and mental health issues.
Conducted outreach activities within the local community such as speaking engagements at schools or churches regarding addiction issues.
