Dynamic, dependable, and energetic professional, excelling in leadership and strategic HR. Proven track record in managing complex operational, organisational, and people challenges while enhancing team performance. Skilled in policy compliance and effective communication, I excel in fostering stakeholder engagement and driving mission success in high-pressure environments.
As a Cavalry Officer, my core role was to command, lead, and manage diverse teams in barracks and the field. During this time, I oversaw and managed complex welfare, operational, governance, rehabilitation, and performance issues, while still achieving the mission in support of my higher headquarters.
My last two years in this role saw my responsibilities shift to investigating, managing, and resolving more complex issues, and providing advice to leaders on issues they were faced with. During this time, my direct reports ranged from 30 team members to 5 team leaders.
As a combat corps officer, my primary responsibility remained, throughout, to achieve the mission and meet the requirements of my higher headquarters' orders (or often intent). As such, I am experienced in delivering in a no-fail environment while also balancing the needs of my staff, the organization, and other stakeholders, often against staffing, time, or resource limitations, and competing priorities.

During this time, I was responsible for being a self-motivated professional, learning quickly, and putting learning into practice immediately.
