Additional responsibilities include greeting visitors at Reception and assisting with enquiries. Ordering and maintaining stock levels for medical and personal care requirements. Paying Invoices through Lightyear Automated Accounts Payable App.
Processing Payrun for 218 staff through the PayGlobal System. Rostering and staff replacements. Other Adhoc duties as requested by Manager.
