This is a very busy online flower delivery company, processing over 250 orders on an average day. Floral orders are allocated to florists via a computer programme based on their capability and level of proficiency grades Level 1 to 5. I am Level 5, meaning that as well as established website orders that range from 1 - 5 in levels of difficulty, I can also create higher value "custom orders" We are a team of 10 on an average day - less on the weekend. In this current position I unfortunately don't have any customer contact. That is handled by our on line CX team. Hours of work are 7am-3pm Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
