As my role as a crew coach many of my skills will be taken over to new jobs. My feedback to crew is excellent and making sure they follow procedure and are doing the right thing. Making sure they are following all of the food safety protocol, which is one of my most important jobs. I told crew what they are doing good and enhanced the work environment. I have a great work ethic and always come into and are happy to come in if I get called into the shift. I was also offered a shift supervisor role by the current Restaurant Manager, Charlotte Harber.
