I ensure I have a friendly and personal demeanour both over the phone and face to face, whilst maintaining a professional manner. I take pride in tailoring my communication style to suit the context - wether writing formal documentation,updating the school web site or providing clear instructions to staff, parents and students. I work closely with students in a classroom environment and have strong connections with family members. I engage with all staff, students, parents and community members with empathy, discretion and cultural awareness. I use my trusted standing in the community to promote TOPS and encourage and enable attendance and participation by members of the greater community.
