Terry Jones

Terry completing service in the Australian Defence Force (Navy) went on to complete an apprenticeship as a Fitter and Turner Terry transitioned to the mining industry in 1996 and has acquired over 35years of experience in mining and Construction roles, .

He is currently employed by RCR Mining as a Technical Officer for OEM product and support division.

Terry has contributed to significant projects across Australia during his working career, including recent works on the Bayswater Rail expansion, the East Perth relocation of a gas pipeline. Westgolds New Generation installation projects, and maintenance for major companies like BHP, Rio Tinto, and FMG, both as a contractor and staff member.

Terry's diverse skill set encompasses engineering and maintenance, project management, and safety assurance. He holds diplomas in project management, management, and maintenance management, proving his capability to deliver projects efficiently and safely. His leadership and supervisory experience include private business ownership, project and construction supervision, and contributing to business vision and culture, with a strong emphasis on safety and effective communication.
