- Coordinate fertiliser purchases for the Yenda Group, in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager and agronomy/horticulture teams, to meet customer seasonal needs.
- Communicate regularly with other Branch Managers (NSW/VIC) to ensure their fertiliser requirements are covered, and assist with any other needs.
- Sale of fertiliser deliveries (both direct and via the weighbridge) to customers monthly, and in the same month, the product is delivered.
- Entry of fertiliser purchase invoices and third-party carrier invoices into Frameworks.
Reconcile all fertiliser invoices, affiliated statements, and fertiliser rebates payable to the Yenda Group.
- Update inventory on Frameworks, and advise anomalies to management.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with delegated tasks.
- Maintains awareness of supplier issues, for example, price increases, and stock availability, and communicates these types of updates internally and externally.
- Coordinate sub-contractor vehicles to pick up and deliver ordered loads, and record and file details regarding delivery.
- Update and create new fertiliser inventory in any databases, as required.
- Manage the turnover of older stock.
- Investigate any stock anomalies, and report to the Purchasing Manager.
- Other work tasks, as required or delegated, in line with this role.
- Same details within the fertiliser manager, but extra help is provided from the Purchasing Manager plus stock management of all consignment products.

- Invoicing fertiliser sales from Weighbridge.
- Processing of transfers from Griffith and Leeton.
- Balancing stock, investigating to stock anomalies
- Loading and unloading of trucks (Forklift and Frontend Loader).
Processing supplier invoices for GL allocations, and entering and processing them for payment.
