- Important part of my position is making sure we adhere to animal welfare and bio-security and quality requirement.
- Overseeing the daily running of the farm including the production sheds, grading floor, and some maintenance.
- Managing a team of 15-20 people and reporting to management.
- Coordinating with different managers and contractors.
- Organising and communicating with customers for loads of pulp eggs.
- Report any issues or changes within the production to management.
- Keeping accurate records and completing paperwork related to production, staff training, HR, safety and budgets.
- I am also required to do some maintenance throughout the farm and respond to alarms when on call and on site.
