Assisting the chef/cook in food preparation:

Washing Chopped and peeling vegetables and bake vegetables

Chopped mushrooms for pasta

Chopped bacon for sauce carbonara

Chopped parsley

Cut meat and cook the meat

Prepare large size tray beef lasagne 4-6 tray per day

Prepare medium size tray vegan spinach lasagne

Cleaned the kitchen and the equipment

Washed the dishes and kitchen utensils

Cleaning and sanitizing

Stock management receiving deliveries handling and storing food and restocking supplies

Time management organizing tasks and working efficiently under pressure
