• Keeping the work area clean and tidy

I worked on 2 big construction sites; 1 was the Goyder South Wind Farm which was located around Burra South Australia. The other site was Clarke Creek Wind Farm which was located in Rockhampton, Queensland. When working on these two sites, safety was always the number one priority which I did very well, as well as being physical and mentally fit.

• pushing wheelbarrows full of concrete
• cleaning equipment and tools
• taking measurements for different size timber boards

As I began to get quicker at my tasks I got to start working on the concrete where I could I learn the techniques of finishing the concrete.
