4. Initiated a workgroup to streamline 'key worker' role in Rehab Vita, and amended the 'key worker guide' to enable better outcomes for patients and families

5. Actively participated in a workgroup in reviewing NDIA tools used in hospital discharge planning

6. Participated in development of a social work guide in the acute setting
