Worked in Crop Improvements Operations Team (CIOT) on all six ICRISAT mandate crops (Chickpea,Groundnut, Sorghum, Pearl Millet, Finger Millet, Pigeon pea) at various stages of crop growth involving in various activities. Where we learnt seed preparation, gained knowledge on various aspects such as land preparation, sowing (manual & mechanical), irrigation, application of fertilizers, biometric observations, flowering, emasculation & crossing, selfing, harvesting, seed processing (drying,threshing, cleaning), Post-Seed harvest data collection (seed count & test weights) and Storage.
