Responsible for all ground movements for Virgin Australia at Canberra airport. Including;

• Aircraft ground movements to allow for a safe and effective work environment while also minimising ground delays
• Coordinating refuelling to allow faster turn around times
• Communicating will all relevant stakeholders to assist in maintaining stability throughout the entire network
• Being the first point of contact at Canberra airport for Virgin Australia

• Provided comprehensive training to both new staff and current staff
• Adapted and implemented new training strategies due to the ever-changing and unpredictable nature of aviation
• Organised and managed large teams of people toward a common goal during times of disruption and uncertainty
• Provided on the job training to staff while monitoring and assessing progress

• Delivered exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Mentored junior agents in conflict resolution techniques, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborated with airline staff to address any delays or cancellations, providing prompt updates to affected passengers.
