My background in records management spans several government environments. I began working with State Archives, where I developed a strong foundation in records legislation, retention, and archival practices. I then moved to the Department of Education, where I supported high-volume records management, document control, and EDRMS systems in a complex operational setting.
In my current role with the Department of Communities and Justice, I work as a Records Management Officer, managing the full records lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legislation, supporting staff with recordkeeping practices, and providing timely customer service to internal stakeholders. Across these roles, I’ve built strong expertise in compliant, accurate and customer-focused records management.
Equipped with strong problem-solving abilities, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. Poised to contribute to team success and achieve positive results. Ready to tackle new challenges and advance organizational objectives with dedication and enthusiasm.
