Analysis of Motor Vehicle Usage Patterns in Australia from 2012 to 2020, This project involved a comprehensive analysis of motor vehicle usage patterns across different states in Australia over an eight-year period, focusing on changes in the number of vehicles, total vehicle kilometers travelled, fuel consumption, and total tonnage carried. Employing statistical and data analysis tools, the research contributed to understanding the impact of vehicle use on urban planning and environmental policies. It provided insights into the effectiveness of transportation policies, and the findings are intended to guide future urban and transportation planning to mitigate negative impacts associated with vehicle use such as congestion and pollution. FINAL YEAR PROJECT, key Contributions - Developed a detailed methodology for the collection and analysis of complex datasets. - Applied advanced statistical analysis techniques to interpret data trends. - Collaborated with a team of researchers and presented findings to a panel of experts, receiving commendable feedback. - Enhanced understanding of sustainable transportation planning and policies.
