• Approving and sending client quotes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with costings.
• Managed invoicing, ensuring all costings were charged accordingly for the services provided.
• Coordinated with a range of contractors and technicians, including electricians, plumbers, handymen, and six kitchen technicians, dispatching them to job sites as required.
• Communicated daily with clients, providing job status updates and addressing any queries related to quotes or service details.
• Utilized Simpro software daily for job scheduling, generating quotes, and organising technician schedules to optimize workflow and client satisfaction.

• Cleaning and maintaining the workplace to ensure a welcoming and safe environment
• Engaged with customers to build a strong relationship and provide exceptional service
• Prepared coffee orders accordingly
• Conducted regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
• Packed and processed customer orders accurately and prepared stock for other stores.
