I started working with Linfox in 2012 and worked as an order picker and forklift driver. Within 9 months I moved to the receiving team where I worked closely with the overseas import team. This is where I gained most of my knowledge around inbound standards and safety during transport. After spending 2 years with the receiving team, I joined the inventory team where i have stayed for over 10 years. During this time i have maintained a culture of continuous improvement.
