I graduated with a degree in pharmacy in Vietnam, and during my time at university, I took the opportunity to work at several pharmacies to gain hands-on experience for my future career. My primary duties included providing advice to customers, ensuring they understood the proper use of medications, and recommending the right products based on their specific health needs. I also assisted in managing inventory, processing prescriptions, and educating customers about possible side effects or interactions. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceuticals, and the ability to address customer concerns effectively. It also gave me a solid foundation for my career in the healthcare field.

My job at the bakery shop each day mainly involves taking orders and making bread rolls according to customers' requests. When there are no customers, I spend time cleaning the preparation area and the dining space to get everything ready for the next round of sales. At the end of the day, I check the inventory to see what needs restocking and prepare the ingredients for the following day. The job is simple but requires attention to detail and a sense of responsibility because I always aim to provide the best experience for my customers.
