- Perform high speed and accurate data entry and document preparation, including cropping.
- Perform data verification of paper-based passport applications to online forms
- Undertake quality assurance of travel document application forms prior to the print of travel documents
- Meeting deadlines, work outputs and expectations in line with Serco and Australian Passport Office (APO) performance frameworks
- Apply high attention to detail and accuracy in line with APO quality thresholds
- Manage internal/ external correspondence relating to issuance of Australian Travel documents
- Process all travel documentation tasks
- Perform outbound customer calls to gather additional application requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of on all aspects of legislation, process and policy related to Australian Travel Documents
- Adhere to Serco and Services Australia requirements relating to security and confidentiality in handling information
- Enter information in accordance with the APO's defined timeframes, guidelines and procedures
- Identify and escalate incidents and concerns in line with guidelines.
- Liaise professionally with other departments, both internal and external to Serco
- Work effectively and cohesively in a team environment and foster a position work culture
- Maintain the confidentiality, security, privacy and intergrity of the operations in accordance with the requirements of the contact. This includes ensuring protection of peronal information
- Established and maintained standard office procedures to achieve demanding targets.
