Summary

I am very passionate in the world of information technology with my main interests in Networking and Cybersecurity. I have a current CCNA and cert 3 in information technology and im pursuing a CCNP to further my knowledge of complex networking technologies. I do have lots of experience with Microsoft technologies as I have helped maintain large office 365 environments from endpoint to cloud. My main work experience lies in maintaining small to large networks and working in a team to maintain a helpdesk for a large variety of companies which has made me amazing at dealing with many different customers and the issues they want solved.

  • Extensive exposure to many calls from customers with a wide range of issues. This has given me alot of knowledge in how to handle customers while making sure there IT issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Supporting multiple large office 365 enviroments, Active directory and Entra id ranging from on premises, hybrid and cloud.
  • Maintain and support healthcare environments including the healthcare software, doctors and reception workers and backend infrastructure.
  • Maintain and support large Active directory and Entra ID environments from hybrid to on premises deployments.
  • Maintain and support complex network technologies for environments containing technologies including but not limited to Sophos, Unifi, Sonicwall, HpAruba, Dell and VMware.
  • Perform lots of onsite visits making sure customers are getting the help they need when remote support cannot resolve an issue. I make sure to present myself to a high standard and make sure the customer is high satisfied often asking me to come back for the next visits.
  • Software I have day to day experience in include but are not limited to, Autotask, Jira, ItGlue, 3cx, Cisco webex, N-able remote management, office 365, threatlocker, cisco umbrella and more.

  • Worked with a team to Configure, Maintain and Troubleshoot a large 3 site Cisco network environment. This taught me lots of lessons in large network technologies as I helped optimize and supported wireless infrastructure alongside switching and routing infrastructure. I also fully documented the entire network in a large network drawing to help further our understanding of potential bottlenecks and issues that would arise.
  • Worked with a team to maintain and support office 365 and windows server technologies.
  • Due to the nature of the company I had lots of experience in maintaining point of sales infrastructure were minimal downtime was of highest importance.
