With extensive knowledge across multiple industries, I bring a strong work ethic and exceptional problem-solving abilities to any civil construction company. My journey began on a farm, instilling in me a tenacious work ethic and the ability to think outside the box. Progressing from a scaffolding position to leading hand and supervisor roles, I honed my teamwork and leadership skills, ensuring efficient and safe project completion. Transitioning into civil earthmoving, I gained expertise in pipe laying, sewer installation, drainage, and various utility systems on major sites in Sydney and Perth. Operating diverse machinery and excelling in trenching, final trim, and bulk earthworks, I further advanced as a leading hand and supervisor. Exploring the mining, crushing, and screening industry, I seamlessly transferred my civil construction experience, excelling as a valuable asset to the companies I worked for. Climbing the ranks once again as a leading hand and supervisor, I eventually established my own company specializing in maintenance and operation of crushing equipment across Western Australia and Northern Territory. However, a personal trauma in 2023 prompted me to reevaluate my life plans. Now, as a locally-based civil construction supervisor, my priority is being present for my family every day.
