During year 11 at Henley High School i was offered a traineeship (Cert III in Racing Stablehand) with Aaron Bain, while completing that i had to show i knew how to work collaboratively in a small team to complete the job as efficiently as possible. I also had to show good problem solving abilities because working in a small team there isn't always someone you can go to for advice. During my time in the working in horse stables i have developed a strong work ethic knowing my job and fulfilling it to the best of my capabilities.
