BHP Nickel West - 2 x 300,000 Litre Diesel Fuel Farm Installations - August 2022
- Collaborated with internal teams to define goals, objectives, deliverables, timeline, resource requirements, budget constraints. for the assigned projects.
- Managed a team of five civil contractors within our scope as a vendor.
- Daily Pre-start meetings - carry out CCC (Critical Control Checklists)
- Manage three fitters onsite for installation under scope.
- Carried out the completion of required documentation, such as JMPs, FAT, SAT, and ITPs, as required within the client's document package.
- Successful commissioning of 2 x 300 KL fuel farms within budget and on time, meeting client requirements.
- Oversee daily works to ensure quality meets requirements and standards
- Worked with the client for a major variation requested in relation to layout design when the site team had already started work. Liaised with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that the variation scope was agreed upon and executed accordingly.
- No standdown time utilized - project was delivered efficiently and on time
Piacentini & Son (Rio Tinto - Lake Argyle Mine) - 600,000 Diesel Litre Fuel Farm Installation - February 2021
- Supervised and managed a site team of fitters and electricians during the installation of a 600,000-litre diesel fuel farm.
- Strong focus on critical control measures due to the harsh environment and time of year (heat and electrical storms).
- Daily Pre-start meetings - carry out CCC (Critical Control Checklists)
- Ensure work groups are managed safely, as there is a large number of staff on-site at once, with overlapping scope and work within the same work areas.
- Successful completion of the job with planned resources, as required.
- Manage and make alterations to barricaded areas as required to manage risk
Mineral Resources - Wodgina Airport Jet A1 Refurbishment - February 2023.
- Supervised a team of seven site staff over the duration of the project.
- Successfully delivered the project within a tight deadline to coincide with fueling operations while maintaining safety requirements.
- Managed an array of works with many hold points - hot works, lifting operations, hazardous areas and electrical isolations as required.
- Project completed on time and passed strict Aviation QC (Quality Control) testing.
- Daily reporting while onsite with weekly meetings to ensure targets are met

Viva Energy - August 2024 - Kalgoorlie Airport 100,000 litre Jet A1 Fuel Depot
- Complete Turn-Key Fuel Depot with 100,000 litres of Storage, Bituemn roads, Offices, Fence, Drainage etc
- Managed a team of 5 staff with up to 10 onsite at times over duration of project
- Strong focus on overlap of work groups which needed to be managed accordingly. Ensuring all staff on site and offsite were aware of daily operations and upcoming works.
- Develop SWMS for work groups
- Weekly Reporting
- Completion of safety paperwork and permits within workgroups, and also the airport at certain times.
- Ensure works completed in certain times of days for reduced risk to aircraft and personnel on site (Height restrictions)
